Important Notes:
  1. If your weapon is not listed, please contact us for specs and prices.
  2. Suppressor prices do not include $200 NFA transfer tax or local sales taxes, if applicable.
  3. Idaho customers add 5% sales tax or submit Idaho form ST-101.
  4. Dealer may add a transaction handling charge.
  5. The issue of excise tax on improvements to underlying firearms has not been resolved.
    As a result, Gemtech no longer supplies the underlying firearm for suppression.
  6. All prices are manufacturer's suggested list prices. Dealer pricing is available upon receipt
    of an originally signed copy of dealers federal firearms license and special occupational tax stamp.
  7. There is no transfer tax to Class 3 dealers (having a SOT) or to law enforcement agencies.
    There is also no excise tax due on silencers.
  8. Suppressors can be transferred directly to conventional (non-SOT) dealers on a tax paid ATF
    Form 4. The $200 NFA transfer tax will apply.
  9. CHECK LOCAL AND STATE LAWS IN YOUR JURISDICTION. Silencers are tightly regulated
    by the BATF in the same manner as machine guns and must be transferred through a Class 3
    Firearms Dealer in the recipient's state of residence.

Special Services:
  1. We can provide barrel threading services at nominal cost. Contact us for specifics.
  2. Please note that we warranty alignment of suppressors only on barrels threaded by us, threaded
    by the original barrel manufacturer, or gauged by us. In addition, we can provide target trigger
    modification of weapons we suppress as well as bolt locks for suppressed Ruger.22 pistols.
  3. We will warranty alignment of Bi-Lock equipped suppressors only if the Bi-Lock is mounted
    to Gemtech specifications either by Gemtech or a Gemtech certified armorer.
  4. We service the following States: AL, AR, AK, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, ME, MD,
    MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NV, NH, NM, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI,
    and WY where private ownership is allowed; and CA, KS, and MO where suppressors may be
    owned by Class 3 Dealers and Class 2 Manufacturers.
